A word about Hues

Note that computer monitors vary in the way they represent color or hues. What you see on your screen may differ slightly from the art piece you receive. Tiles may have dimples or slight bumps from the glazing process and those should not be considered flaws. Remember, you are buying art and not conveyor belt items. You should expect (dare I say embrace?) variations as you will have a one-of-a-kind piece in that case. Of course, if you are really, really unhappy with what you get, we’ll deal with it. HueDew will run specials now and again. Sometimes the offer is free shipping (yeah, I also hate to pay for shipping when I’m shopping), sometimes it is a percentage cart discount. Sometimes, you have a choice of either. At any rate, you may use only one coupon per order.

Return policy

The good news is that HueDew will accept returns of items in sellable condition up to 30 days after purchase and will credit your account for the amount of the item(s), less shipping. The bad news is that  you have to pay shipping costs to return it. The returned item(s) must be in pristine condition.

If you receive an item that is broken during transit (ugh, how disappointing is that?), send us a photo of the broken piece and we will ship out another to you pronto for free. HueDew will pay the shipping for that.
